Sr. IT & OT Site Administrator
New-Indy Containerboard LLC is seeking a Sr. IT & OT Site Administrator to optimize IT and OT business relationships and ensure effective problem resolution at their manufacturing facility. The role involves leading day-to-day operations, driving technology initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Leverage your technical skills to resolve tickets and problems escalated within the site
Determine the root cause of problems and eliminate those barriers to success
Work with end users to ensure proper training
Document all systems, SMEs, and system connectivity to ensure support success
Maintain support agreements on pertinent technologies within the site and maintain that support to minimize technological impacts on the business
Work with Enterprise Security to mitigate site specific opportunities
Develop site support SMEs, establish comprehensive training programs
Alert management to emerging trends in incidents
Work with the business process owners to develop and maintain site Business Continuity Plans
Drive continuous improvement at the site through technology innovation and process optimization
Help Manage (plan, monitor and control) projects for IT & OT, with a focus on milestones/deadlines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and key stakeholder relationships with Site and NICB’s Enterprise IT & OT Teams guidance
Meet regularly with management and production staff to identify issues and concerns
Identify opportunities and present possible solutions for improved efficiencies with a comprehensive plan including project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, TCO & ROIC with Site and NICB’s Enterprise IT & OT Teams guidance
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in business, IT or similar discipline, or commensurate equivalent work experience in a technology field, minimum of 3 years
Organizational skills, attention to detail, follow up, documentation preparation and maintenance skills, and customer service orientation are crucial for success in this role
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Experience within, or supporting, a manufacturing environment
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and processes
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and networking protocols
Knowledge of computer hardware, networking and system administration
Experience with both IT and OT/Process Control environments
Extensive application support experience with MS Office
Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL
Experience with system backup and administrative tasks
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated and directed
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Reliable and available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
40-hour on-site work week. Emergency call-in availability for 24-hour production environment
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components. Be able to lift 40 lbs. unassisted
Physically able to participate in sessions, presentations, and meetings
Some travel may be required for offsite software and system integration efforts
Preferred
Preferable experience with OSIsoft PI, Majiq Elixir, IBM Maximo, QISOFT
