Responsibilities

We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation

Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required

Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required

In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience

Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
