Responsibilities

7 – 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of software platform upgrades and infrastructure build processes

Experience in managing hardware and software procurement and configuration

Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality software

Experience includes development and management of multiple projects simultaneously

Proactive, problem-solving approach – someone who offers solutions not problems for others to solve

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple deliverables

Demonstrated flexibility to manage conflicting priorities

Proven track record in meeting deadlines, assigned deliverables, project milestones, and negotiating for resources
