Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction
Continuous Development: Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Active Virginia Property & Casualty License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support)
Active Life, Health & Annuities License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support)
Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting client needs
Consistent attendance and punctuality, as this is an in-person role
Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team setting and maintain a positive work environment
Competence in using CRM software and other digital communication tools
