Responsibilities

Lead market mapping, pipeline development, and opportunity analysis for potential acquisitions

Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and target companies

Support parent company deal team with end-to-end deal execution including initial screening and detailed due diligence

Coordinate post-acquisition integration and value capture ensuring synergies are realized across finance, operations, product, and go-to-market teams

Manage and expand relationships with key partners to maximize value creation

Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that enhance product, market reach, or revenue growth

Develop business cases and financial frameworks to assess partnership ROI

Maintain ongoing market and competitor intelligence, producing regular reports and thought leadership for internal stakeholders

Support the executive team and finance team with annual and long-range planning

Continuously analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities

Provide the CEO and CFO with strategic insights and recommendations to accelerate growth and continued market leadership
