Systems Engineer IV/V

Responsibilities

Create and manage system models through Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink
Define and enhance system requirements using MBSE methodologies
Prototype and engineer system solutions
Conduct comprehensive subsystem and system testing
Analyze data and troubleshoot challenges
Participate in design evaluations and technical gatherings
Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless system synergy

Qualification

Cameo Systems ModelerModel-based systems engineeringUnmanned systems expertiseAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsLeadership capability

Required

Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent
Possess extensive proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler
Bring over 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in model-based systems engineering
Demonstrate expertise in unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions
Capability to lead and guide junior staff in an inclusive manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Practical hands-on experience preferred (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot)
A collaborative team player
Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
