They are seeking a full-time Human Resource Partner (HRP) to manage employee relations activities and support HR policies and procedures while collaborating with senior leaders to achieve organizational goals.

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Manage the administration of HR policies and procedures for assigned areas

Serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions, provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations

Support the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle

Required

In-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance

Passion for collaboration across departments

Ability to track, monitor and follow-up with ongoing performance issues working towards resolution

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education

Valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance for work-related travel
