They are seeking an intern for their Training & Development team to support various training programs and provide administrative assistance, contributing to the overall development of Network Operations employees.

Responsibilities
Support Network Operations Training Programs
Support planning and execution of events to engage trainees
Provide overall administrative support to the Network Operations Training & Development team, including administration, operations, media development, and technical support (mobile device distribution and management)
Assist with special projects, ad-hoc requests, and communications for ongoing Network Operations training programs
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree Business Administration, Aviation Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design or related field
Strong administrative and customer service experience
Organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced operational environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic MS Office suite skills
Position is based in Arlington Heights, IL – must be able to relocate
Intern duration is 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026
Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now and in the future
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
Preferred
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Pelesys, Cornerstone, etc
Knowledge or experience in Instructional Design/Technology
