Senior LevelWIT Recruiting is seeking an experienced Microsoft Autopilot Specialist to lead configuration, deployment, and optimization of modern device provisioning solutions. This role is critical in designing seamless deployment experiences and ensuring security compliance while integrating with enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Design and implement Microsoft Autopilot solutions for enterprise device provisioning and lifecycle management
Create and maintain deployment profiles, enrollment policies, and provisioning workflows tailored to organizational needs
Integrate Autopilot with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD to ensure smooth device onboarding and policy enforcement
Apply security standards and best practices throughout the deployment process to maintain compliance with enterprise requirements
Collaborate with project teams to plan, schedule, and execute Autopilot implementation initiatives
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring successful outcomes within agreed timelines
Communicate progress, risks, and challenges clearly to project stakeholders
Develop detailed documentation of Autopilot configurations, processes, and support procedures
Maintain updated reference materials, including setup guides, troubleshooting workflows, and best practice documentation
Produce reports on deployment performance, adoption status, and issue resolution metrics
Monitor the Autopilot environment to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues quickly and effectively
Train IT staff and end-users on Autopilot processes, policies, and day-to-day operations
Stay current with evolving Autopilot and Intune capabilities, proactively adopting new features to improve efficiency and user experience
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in configuring and deploying Microsoft Autopilot in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and management
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and efficiency improvements
Experience with device imaging, provisioning processes, and policy enforcement
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security protocols relevant to device management
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
