Responsibilities
Define Technical Vision: Set the company’s technology strategy at the intersection of AI, defense, and enterprise platforms, ensuring both near-term impact and long-term innovation
Architect Next-Generation Systems: Oversee the design of secure, distributed, high-performance platforms for AI-driven decision-making, simulation, and automation
Lead World-Class Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire top engineers, researchers, and technical leaders across multiple disciplines
Advance AI & ML Integration: Drive applied AI research into production, including generative AI, computer vision, autonomy, and predictive modeling
Ensure Security & Trust: Build technology that meets the highest standards of cybersecurity, reliability, and compliance in high-stakes environments
Partner Across the Organization: Work closely with the CEO, product, and operations leaders to align technology investments with strategic objectives and customer needs
Represent Technology Externally: Serve as a thought leader in AI and advanced technology, representing the company to partners, governments, enterprises, and the broader tech community
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, including success scaling technology organizations to global impact
Background in distributed systems, AI/ML, or high-performance computing, with hands-on engineering experience earlier in your career
Ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and translate them into actionable, high-impact execution
Experience delivering secure, scalable, and mission-critical products in defense, government, or enterprise domains
Track record of building partnerships across executive teams, customers, and external stakeholders
Ability to attract, grow, and retain top technical talent while fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and urgency
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred
PhD a plus
