Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions
Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and long-term technical vision
Contribute to organizational culture by developing engineering career paths, supporting cross-team initiatives, and fostering an inclusive environment
Mentor engineers to elevate technical quality, guide best practices, and accelerate delivery of new AI-driven features
Ensure platform reliability with strong emphasis on security, scalability, uptime, and system performance
Integrate and experiment with the latest generative AI technologies, voice systems, and automation frameworks

Experience managing consumer-facing applications at scale with cloud-native architectures and microservices
Technical fluency in AWS environments, React/JavaScript for front-end, and C# or equivalent for backend development
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across technical and non-technical teams
Humility and empathy in leadership—valuing every team member and handling challenging conversations with respect and fairness
