Responsibilities
Prototype and productionize large language model and multimodal solutions
Work with diverse datasets to extract useful features and build signals
Design experiments, benchmarks, and evaluation methods for reliability and performance
Develop resilient, low-latency services and scalable data pipelines
Create libraries, tools, and CI/CD workflows to accelerate research and development
Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver measurable impact
Qualification
Required
2-8+ years of experience building production systems with machine learning or quantitative methods
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks
Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus
Strong software engineering skills—algorithms, data structures, testing, and performance tuning
Ability to handle imperfect, large-scale data and design reliable pipelines
Comfortable designing experiments and communicating tradeoffs clearly
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience optimizing GPU/TPU inference, quantization, or serving models at scale
Background in time-series forecasting or risk-aware evaluation
Knowledge of secure development, privacy, and compliance in data systems
Contributions to open-source machine learning or data tools
