Responsibilities
Develop and refine business cases for major IT and transformation programs, ensuring clear alignment with financial and operational objectives
Conduct profitability assessments and financial modeling to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand operational impacts, gather data, and communicate insights that influence decision-making
Assist in designing and enhancing reporting frameworks to track value realization across initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial perspective, ensuring business cases are grounded in sound financial principles and practical assumptions
Support post-implementation reviews, analyzing results against projections and identifying lessons learned for future initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline (advanced degree preferred)
5–7 years of financial or accounting experience, with strong exposure to business partnering and business case development
Proven ability in financial modeling and scenario analysis
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with financial data reporting systems is a plus
Preferred
Experience in business case analysis for IT or transformation projects
Understanding of economic principles, accounting standards, and financial markets
Prior experience supporting large-scale organizational change or transformation programs
