Responsibilities
Develop User Interfaces: Build responsive, data-rich web applications that traders and analysts rely on daily
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with backend engineers and quantitative researchers to integrate complex data and models into intuitive interfaces
Ensure Performance: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness under real-time market conditions
Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, testable, maintainable code while contributing to peer reviews and team standards
Contribute to Design Systems: Help evolve component libraries and UI frameworks that support consistency and rapid development
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with modern frontend technologies while expanding knowledge of financial systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years building production-grade frontend applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and experience with React (Vue or Angular also a plus)
Familiarity with CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, styled-components, and build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup
Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
Exposure to libraries such as D3.js, Highcharts, or Plotly is a strong plus
Experience deploying applications in AWS, GCP, or Azure and working with CI/CD pipelines
Ability to communicate effectively with designers, backend engineers, and quantitative researchers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
