Responsibilities
Design internal developer platforms (IDP) for build, deploy, run, and observe
Deliver templates, CLIs, and guardrails for service creation and operations
Evolve multi-tenant Kubernetes, networking, and policy controls (OPA, RBAC)
Standardize telemetry (OpenTelemetry), SLOs, and incident workflows
Partner with product/security to balance speed, cost, and compliance
Qualification
Required
6+ years in platform/SRE/dev tooling roles
Expertise with Kubernetes, IaC, service meshes, and CI/CD
Hands-on with observability stacks and reliability practices
Developer empathy; experience building delightful abstractions
Strong systems design and communication skills
