Automotive Sales Account Manager
Confidential is a company specializing in custom die-cut components, sealing solutions, and acoustic products primarily for the automotive industry. They are seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Account Manager to manage and grow existing automotive Tier 1 customer accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new business
Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and account updates to management
Respond quickly to any customer requests, ensuring accuracy of data and quality of the response
Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and other events as required
Generate team cooperation through consistent communications both in team meetings and in individual contact with company personnel
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university in a related field
One to two years of account management experience and/or training, with a direct OEM background
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
