This role involves directing the program, supervising staff, and implementing safety policies while engaging with hospital management and the community.

Responsibilities

Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines
Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program
Implement policies for safe and effective care
Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Represent the program within hospital management and community settings
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly

Qualification

Current RN licensureCPR certificationACLS certificationCRRN certificationDialysis nursing experienceInpatient rehabilitation experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsCritical thinking skillsProblem-solving skillsWork independently

Required

Current RN licensure as per state regulations
CPR certification
ACLS within 1 year of hire
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed

Preferred

CRRN certification
One year of inpatient hospital experience
One year of dialysis nursing experience
Inpatient rehabilitation experience
