Responsibilities
Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychodiagnostics assessments
Conduct intake assessments, risk assessments, and diagnostic interviews as needed
Provide detailed, clinically sound reports that inform treatment planning and care coordination
Deliver assessment feedback in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
Adhere to ethical guidelines, testing standards, and best practices in the field
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Follow and support TPEG policies and procedures
Work collaboratively and cooperatively with internal and external partners
Represent TPEG, Inc., by embodying the mission, vision and values of the organization
Travel occasionally during the workday and on occasional overnight stay
Maintain regular attendance at work and company activities and demonstrate punctuality regarding deadlines
Display creativity and vision in recommending new tactics and strategies
Expand and update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional learning
Qualification
Required
Completion of a Doctoral Degree (PhD/PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program
For Psychological Associates – Current Registration as a Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology
For Licensed Psychologists – Current California Psychologist license in good standing
Experience conducting psychodiagnostics assessments in clinical settings
One (1) year of experience in behavioral health or related field
Experience working with culturally diverse individuals and communities or have otherwise demonstrated a commitment to strengthening engagement of a diverse community and skill in communicating with diverse populations
Familiarity with equity and/or diversity initiatives within an organization
Written and oral communication skills sufficient to perform essential functions
Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently and use initiative to accomplish complex assignments with general instruction and guidance
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and integrity on the job with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
Demonstrated ability to organize time and other resources to perform multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work well with others and to provide effective team leadership
Proficiency in word processing and database and/or spreadsheet applications
Physical and mental attributes sufficient to perform essential functions
Demonstrated ability to recognize merit, excellence and intelligence in staff and potential employees
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Familiarity with a variety of cognitive, emotional, personality, and neuropsychological measures
Experience with forensic testing
Proficient in English Language
Proficient communicator
