The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, overseeing financial statements, and leading a team of quality auditors while maintaining various administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Ensure administrative activities are compliant with Company and Branch policies and procedures
Identify business needs, legal requirements and reporting regulations
Assist with training initiatives, performance management and development programs, and other organizational initiatives as determined by the business
Create and upload journal entries
Maintain the Branch general ledger
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile accounts in accordance with company policy
Oversee inventory and compile inventory worksheets
Analyze production data, identify trends and provide insights to the Production team
Lead and mentor a team of quality auditors throughout the Branch
Implement and maintain the Company Quality Program
Communicate with personnel of all levels across the Branch, Division and Company
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with general ledgers, financial statements, and overseeing inventory
Familiar with quality control systems
Experience with analyzing and improving systems
Ability to organize multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines effectively
Exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills across all levels of the organization
Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
Prior experience in manufacturing environment
Prior experience in a Quality role
