Home Health Office Manager
PHC Home Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Home Health Office Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home health office, manage schedules, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage office staff and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
Coordinate patient care schedules and ensure all appointments are scheduled and confirmed
Monitor patient outcomes and staff performance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adherence to State Regulations
Ensure agency compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Handle billing and invoicing processes
Assist with hiring and training new office staff
Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints
Work closely with Clinical Managers to ensure all patient-related documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to agency policies
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in home health management role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Licensed Practical Nurse (NC or Multi-State)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
Knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
