Responsibilities
Scope, design, and implement applications to interact with our robot and the data it generates. Your applications will be used by roboticists, software engineers, clinical engineers, testers and the broader organization
Identify opportunities to reduce friction in the software development process and increase engineering velocity
Lead the expansion of internal telemetry and observability tools
Educate internal development teams on how to best leverage available tooling
Qualification
Required
Minimum BSc degree in Computer science or adjacent technical field with 8+ years of relevant professional experience
Expert level knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript and hands-on experience with modern React
Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of talented engineers
Preferred
Experience building developer tools
Experience with Linux
Experience with Python
Experience deploying and scaling applications on cloud services like AWS (lambda is a plus)
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
Experience with Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, or other data processing tools
Experience working with Docker development and deployment workflows
