Provide basic computer support and assist users with printing and software problems
Troubleshoot account, quota, and email problems for lab users
Keep labs clean/orderly, collect lost/found items, and maintain records of print deposits
Can complete exams and optional training to earn raises
Qualification
Required
Enrolled UW College Student
Customer Service experience
Knowledge of current consumer technology
Preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
Basic computing skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate solutions
Work with cash amounts up to $100
