Responsibilities
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, and data visualization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and related applications
Knowledge of CMS (WordPress), monday.com, and API integration (basic/desired)
Experienced with security systems (Anti-Virus, Firewall, Two-Factor Authentication)
Familiar with tools such as 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Monday, Slack, Time Doctor, and Zapier
Understanding of marketing communications and online marketing
Naturally creative, technology-focused, and committed to quality output
Team player with cross-cultural collaboration experience
Experience managing websites
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite applications, and computer security systems
Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry
Expert in problem-solving, critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies
A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, or other Quantitative Field preferred
Experience with Data Analytics, Jotform, Airtable, Zapier, Hubspot, Asana, Google Workspace
Knowledge of CMS (WordPress), monday.com, and API integration (basic/desired)
Database management is a plus but not required
JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML is a plus but not required
