Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and tracking all tasks and deliverables related to Common Support, Army Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) Management, DoDIN-A Change Advisory Board, DODIN-A Operations Compliance, Operations Cyberspace Tasking Order Analysis, Operations Endpoint Security, DODIN-A Operations Proactive Sensor Management Industry Engagement, and IT Service Design, Delivery, Improvement

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects

Takes projects from original concept through final implementation

Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services

Defines project scope and objectives

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables

Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team

Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems

Qualification

Active Top-Secret clearance

Certifications: One or more of the following: CISSP, CASP+, CCSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, CySA+, GCED, GSEC, Security+ (Other security certifications may be applicable)

Certifications: One or more of the following: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) Foundation, Practice Manager, Managing Professional, Strategic Leader, Master Project Management Professional (PMP)

Minimum of 12+ years of related IT experience

Bachelors degree in a related field

Advanced management expertise with experience leading enterprise technical teams

Advanced knowledge of program and project management concepts, processes, and techniques consistent with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and industry best practice

Advanced expertise in decomposing project requirements to generate a work breakdown structure

Advanced expertise in risk management analysis and procedures

Advanced communication expertise with experience delivering written and oral presentations to military and Government personnel

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint

Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions

May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources
