Responsibilities

Operations and maintenance of Tencent Cloud's security related products including Firewall, WAF etc in North American region to ensure service's stability and reliability
Drive product deployment, upgrades and architecture optimization in region by deeply understanding security related products architecture and technical principles
Participate in the troubleshooting of products and customer problems, resolve security problems in the region; drive a closed-loop system to manage product problems and customer problems
Ensure stable 24/7 system operation by building disaster recovery, monitoring, automation, and intelligent operations and maintenance systems
Responsible for the development of operations and maintenance platforms; continuously improve platform efficiency, design core operational metrics, and drive system optimization to enhance performance and stability

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
2+ years of experience in large-scale system operations and maintenance
Hands-on experience in developing disaster recovery and monitoring systems
Proficient in common programming languages such as Shell, Python, or Golang
Familiar with mainstream technologies such as Open-Falcon, Grafana, etc
Familiar with Linux operating systems and various network protocols
Able to work under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
Solid team spirit
Capable of working independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
