Responsibilities

Lead the formulation and execution of long-term network strategies that support the airline’s vision and financial goals
Evaluate new and existing domestic and international markets using traffic, revenue, cost, and competitive data to identify strategic opportunities
Work closely with Capacity Planning and Operations to optimize aircraft deployment and utilization across the network
Collaborate with Scheduling and Operations teams to align schedule design with strategic objectives, and future outlook
Develop and evaluate multiple strategic scenarios considering macroeconomic trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Leverage internal and external data sources to produce actionable insights for leadership and influence strategic decision-making
Prepare and present strategic recommendations and reports to executive leadership, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and business implications
Partner with Commercial, Revenue Management, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment across the enterprise
Perform other job-related functions assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Aviation, Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience
4-6 years experience in airline network planning, scheduling, consulting, or corporate strategy (at least 2 years in a leadership capacity)
Deep understanding of the global aviation industry, network planning methodologies, and airline economics
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, and planning tools
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
High level of business acumen, creativity, and strategic thinking
Physical Requirements: General Population - Low Activity Lifting Requirements: Seldom lift up to 10 lbs, such as small office supplies or documents. Pushing/Pulling: Seldom pushing/pulling of light items within the workspace. Standing/Sitting Requirements: Primarily seated work, with occasional standing for brief tasks. Bending/Kneeling/Reaching: Occasional reaching within arm's length to retrieve materials. Coordination: Basic manual coordination for standard office tasks (e.g., typing, using office equipment). Vision/Auditory Requirements: Clear vision for reading documents and screens; clear hearing for standard communication. Environmental Conditions: Indoor, climate-controlled environment. Safety Equipment: None required
