Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters

Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters

Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation

Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects

Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

Qualification

JD from accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in NJNY5+ years coverage litigation experienceInsurance coverage experienceCoverage analysisSuperior analytical skillsWritten communicationOral communication

Required

JD from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and State of New York

5+ years coverage litigation experience in New York, New Jersey and beyond

Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D & O and property)

Experience in both third-party and first-party claims

Coverage analysis and writing experience

Superior analytical skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
