The Glass Fabricator will work to build, assemble, and finish glass products for various commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety measures.

Responsibilities
Use standard and specialized equipment to fabricate finished glass products of the highest quality and consistency, including windows, doors, storefronts, skylights, railings, mirrors and more
Handle glass with care, ensuring proper safety measures are followed during all steps of fabrication
Operate hand and power tools, such as glass cutters, drills, grinders, and suction cups, to carry out production tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly maintaining and storing all tools and equipment
Qualification
Required

Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot glass-related issues
Physical stamina and the ability to consistently lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, perform a variety of physical movements throughout a work shift, and work in varying temperatures
Preferred
Proven work experience in the glass and glazing industry
In-depth knowledge of different types of glass, including tempered, laminated, insulated, and decorative glass
