Responsibilities
Engage with product owners, engineering teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and customer-facing technical staff to establish training requirements and define learning objectives for new courses and learning pathways
Launch new offerings in collaboration with curriculum developers and learning architects
Work with a team of global stakeholders to set curriculum strategy and prioritize and align training investments with business objectives
Design platforms, systems, and processes to use in training development and training programs
Use data to develop insights about content health, quality, and consumption to help drive planning and prioritization and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of data & AI platforms, cloud data platforms, and cloud data warehouses, especially Databricks, its product offerings and capabilities, and Lakehouse
Experience with curriculum design & development, enablement, or training delivery
Experience designing and organizing role-based learning pathways or technical enablement programs
Familiarity with technical support engineering or customer success roles and responsibilities, or experience building technical enablement programs for the technical support function
Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, and AI use cases
Ability to read and understand Python and SQL code
Eagerness to apply analytical skills and data-driven decision making to inform strategy and execution
Program management, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
