Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
Formulate systems and processes to align with overall business strategies
Write detailed descriptions of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
Plan and accomplish goals by relying on extensive experience, judgment, and creativity
Lead and direct the work of others while performing a wide variety of tasks
Partner closely with the hiring manager while working independently to deliver results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
6–8 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related area
GEO spatial expertise (5+ years)
Advanced Excel skills (5+ years)
Experience working with large databases (2+ years)
Proficiency in Python and/or R
Strong background in data analytics and statistics
