They are seeking a RBT/ABA Support Assistant to assist students with diverse needs in accessing the general education curriculum through individual and small group instruction.

Responsibilities
Assist teachers by working with individual students on a one-to-one basis
1:1 duties include but are not limited to toileting and hygiene support
Attending to student medical needs
Implementation of a behavior intervention plan
1:1 instruction delivered in a separate setting
Lifting or transferring students
Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
Implementation or Behavior Crisis Plan and management of behavioral escalation
Behavior Data Collection
Assist with the instruction and supervision of students who may have learning differences
Assist with tutorial activities working with an individual or group of students who may have learning differences
Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluation and parent conference upon request
Establish rapport and meaningful relationships with referred students to assist in improving their behavior, educational performance, and social relationships
Perform clerical support duties including typing, completing documents, forms, record, correspondence; which may include note taking for students
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED
Registered Behavior Technician Certification or ABA Training equivalent
One of the following: An Associate's degree (or higher), or 48 or more eligible units of coursework at a recognized college or university, or Met a rigorous standard of quality and can demonstrate, through a formal State or local academic assessment, knowledge of, and the ability to assist in instructing, reading (or readiness), writing (or readiness), and mathematics (or readiness), CBEST test
Assist teachers by working with individual students on a one-to-one basis
Implementation of a behavior intervention plan
