Sales & Business Development Representative (Turf Consultant)
myTrueHR is seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative (Turf Consultant) to join their team. This role focuses on building relationships, driving growth, and connecting clients to premium artificial turf solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead all sales activities within the assigned territory
Drive new business development efforts and prospecting
Build and strengthen relationships with partners, especially landscape architects
Maintain a strong working knowledge of product offerings and pricing
Support project design by recommending tailored product solutions
Develop and deliver persuasive proposals to clients and groups
Collaborate effectively with internal design and sales support teams
Qualification
Required
Proven sales and business development experience; background in landscape or surfacing sales is a plus
Strong B2B sales and lead generation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
Ability to read and understand RFQs/RFPs, contracts, and project documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
Prior experience with purchasing cooperatives and project management is advantageous
