Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger postings, and reconciliations for private equity funds
Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and partner capital statements
Support capital call and distribution processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Calculate management fees, carried interest, and fund performance metrics
Participate in annual audit processes by preparing workpapers and responding to auditor requests
Collaborate with client service teams to deliver accurate and timely investor reporting
Gain exposure to partnership agreements, fund structures, and private markets operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–3 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably within private equity, private markets, or alternative investments
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; solid Excel skills required
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred but not required
