Required
Two years prior B2B sales success selling commodities into a highly competitive market
Proven track record of hunting and developing new business
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently alongside a small team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in an inside sales role with a primary objective of growing existing accounts
Ability to handle rejection and develop strong relationships early
Sales style described as consultative
Ability to excel at cold-calling on the phone and reaching decision makers
Ability to value sell and handle objections
Goal-oriented and organized
Preferred
Prior success selling Industrial or Construction supplies to Construction Companies
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
