Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for the Unifier platform, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, upgrades and optimization of the cost objects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Unifier system configurations and workflows
Configure and maintain core Unifier components, including but not limited to organizations, hierarchies, security roles, business processes, reports, and integrations
Develop and maintain Unifier business processes, custom reports, and analytics to support projects and finance-related functions
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Unifier functionality, data integrity, and system integrations
Stay up to date with new Unifier features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for their adoption
Collaborate with the Project Managers and other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Unifier
Provide end-user support and training, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to effectively use Unifier and its features
Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Unifier updates, enhancements, and integrations
Maintain data in the system for integrity and compliance
Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality
Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides

Required

Bachelor's degree, in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
5+ years experience as a Unifier Administrator, with setup and configuration
Experience with Unifier integration tools and technologies
Proficient in Unifier reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Preferred

Experience with Unifier configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization
Knowledge of Project Management Systems such as Unifier
Advanced knowledge of BI Publisher reporting for Unifier
Bachelor's degree in a technology specific field or equivalent job related experience
Understanding of database systems and Networks
Strong knowledge of Software system design and implementation of PIMS Systems
