Responsibilities

Managing and building relationships with the sell-side for broker data and BIDS
Managing regular communications with BIDS contributors for performance feedback, attribution analysis, and performance improvement guidelines
Managing and building relationships with internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert (SME) on broker data and BIDS
Collaborating across all businesses (L/S, Macro, Cubist, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to expand broker data footprint and improve the quality of BIDS program
Researching broker data and alpha capture landscape and staying up-to-date on industry/market trends and providing relevant insights to the internal stakeholders
Managing day-to-day requests for broker data and BIDS, including overseeing the full broker data lifecycle
Contributing to building Point72’s data library with up-to-date information and research that can be used by our front office, middle office, and back office businesses

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree (with strong academic record)
5+ years of relevant experience
Financial industry experience required; sell-side experience is a plus
Ability to be manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-faced, multitasking environment
Ability to uphold compliance framework and IP sensitivity framework
Strong oral and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity and love for proactive learning
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to the highest ethical standards

Preferred

Alpha capture program experience is a plus
Experience working with data sourcing and management is a plus
