Responsibilities

Assist in integrating VDC tools to enhance design, planning, and construction workflows
Support the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with goals
Responsible for project setup and onboarding
Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date digital models and VDC data
Prepare and maintain VDC-related reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and change orders
Ensure VDC processes and deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications

Required

Proficiency in VDC Coordination Management and BIM workflows
Experience in Electrical, Mechanical/Plumbing, Civil Underground, and Concrete BIM & VDC
Strong project management skills and ability to facilitate coordination meetings
Knowledge of advanced modeling techniques and prefabrication strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Preferred

Experience in using BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is a plus
Living in Texas or on the East Coast is a plus
