Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels

Place and manage all purchase orders (POs) daily to ensure accurate entry, proofing, and maintenance

Provide regular updates to fulfillment partners on inventory status, potential risks, and new opportunities

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to ensure the purchasing process is efficient and scalable

Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to identify trends and make informed decisions on optimal reorder points

Monitor inventory levels daily and make timely adjustments to meet changing conditions

Analyze and report on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving solutions

Partner with fulfillment partners to request regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and identify potential discrepancies

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business performance, work closely with systems analyst to troubleshoot issues
