The role involves developing and implementing innovative process solutions for manufacturing challenges, including tasks such as hydraulic calculations, equipment selection, and onsite commissioning of process systems.

Responsibilities

Developing, installing, and start-up of innovative process solutions for our clients’ unique manufacturing challenges

Performing:

Mass and energy balances

Hydraulic calculations

Pump sizing

Hygienic piping system design

CIP route definition

Utilizing AutoCAD software for P&ID development

Equipment selection

Development of project specifications

Leading client meetings

Holding contractor pre-bid meetings and walkthroughs

Completing periodic construction inspections

Onsite commissioning of process systems

Travel will be required
