They are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Transportation team as a Roadway Design Engineer, responsible for leading roadway design tasks and developing plan sets for various clients.

Responsibilities
Leading roadway design tasks from preliminary to final design for SCDOT, County, and Municipal clients
Developing and reviewing plan sets, perform roadway geometrics in Open Roads/ MicroStation, quantity estimates and associated documents, and working with project team member
Serving as roadway project lead as necessary
Grow and learn necessary skills to move into Project Manager role
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license and some travel will be required
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering from an accredited college or university
At least 4 years of experience
A PE license is required
Preferred
South Carolina PE or ability to obtain within 6 months of starting date
Roadway design experience
Demonstrated experience with Bentley Open Roads, MicroStation, MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Prior design experience with SCDOT preferred
