Responsibilities

Conducting job-site surveys of food and beverage plant HVAC systems

Define system sanitary requirements for food production spaces

Determine equipment technology and strategies for moisture control and energy reduction

Produce food process area heat load calculations for production, downtime, and cleanup modes

Create psychrometric calculations and charts for food process area conditions

Develop instrument points list and sequence of operation

Developing project documentation including drawings, air flow diagrams, equipment schedules, details, specifications, scope of work, etc

Coordinating technical specifications, delivery requirements, and quotation parameters with outside equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and clients

Frequent (30-40%) travel will be required
