Freight Forwarding Account Executive
CS Recruiting is seeking a Freight Forwarding Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle in the logistics sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term client partnerships
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across various logistics verticals
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including monthly revenue goals, new client acquisition numbers, and client retention metrics
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade
Proven success in B2B sales and a strong understanding of global supply chains
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Full-cycle sales experience
