Responsibilities
Execute high-level visual assets across digital, print, merchandise, stage visuals, and more
Work closely with the Art Director to translate creative concepts into design deliverables
Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative design approaches
Support and review the work of junior designers and freelancers when needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event branding, artist campaigns, and social content
Stay current on design trends, visual culture, and what’s happening in the global dance music scene
Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed
All other projects and initiatives as identified
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional design experience (agency, entertainment, or music industry preferred)
A sharp, polished portfolio that includes branding, event visuals, and digital content
Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator — motion is a big plus)
Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color, typography, and layout
Passion for dance music, festival culture, and nightlife aesthetics
Comfort working under direction while owning and executing creative solutions
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with tight turnarounds
Preferred
Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
Merch design or creative direction experience
Illustration, photography, or 3D experience
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
