Superpower is a company on track to transform healthcare, and they are seeking a Founding Lead for Strategic Sales to own their first enterprise and consultant-led deals. This role involves closing significant enterprise opportunities while building tools and frameworks for scaling, collaborating closely with leadership to shape pricing and influence product development.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers
Leverage your network to accelerate pipeline development
Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership
Develop the sales playbook, ROI frameworks, and enablement tools for future scaling
Partner with Marketing and Outbound to generate qualified demand
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem
Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals
Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem
Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and category creation; strong storytelling skills
Preferred
Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience
