The Senior Strategic Partnerships Lead will drive strategic initiatives, manage relationships with partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with external strategic partners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to operationalize partnerships and ensure successful execution
Track, measure, and report on partnership performance against KPIs, ensuring accountability and ROI
Serve as point of escalation for day-to-day partner operational issues
Maintain a centralized tracker/CRM of all partnership opportunities, active deals, and performance metrics
Create an operational framework to help prioritize new potential partnerships
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of consulting, business operations, private equity, or investment banking experience
Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
Preferred
Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
