The role involves planning and leading activities, encouraging resident participation, and providing administrative support to the Life Enrichment Director.

Responsibilities

Help plan, lead, and support daily activities, events, crafts, games, and social programs

Encourage resident participation to promote socialization and reduce isolation

Assist with outings, drive the community vehicle, and transport residents safely

Set up and clean up activity spaces; maintain adequate supplies

Support new resident move-ins with welcome items and friendly introductions

Provide administrative support to the Life Enrichment Director

Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members

Assist care staff in escorting residents to programs or events as needed
