Client Engagement – Hyperscale
Worldwide Mission Critical is seeking a highly personable professional to bridge client relationship success and sales engineering, primarily focused on hyperscale data center clients. The role involves supporting business development efforts, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer needs while driving sales processes forward.

Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with senior hyperscale data center leaders and clients
Serve as the point of contact for hyperscaler requests, ensuring needs are met and issues resolved
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen relationships and elevate company’s profile
Cultivate long-term partnerships by aligning solutions with client goals and company's value proposition
Lead client outreach and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction after initial engagement
Ensure tenants and hyperscaler clients remain satisfied and engaged throughout the relationship lifecycle
Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and design teams to create compelling proposals—including ROI analyses, deployment timelines, and implementation frameworks
Apply technical knowledge and regulatory expertise to deliver viable solutions tailored to client and market needs
Help assemble technical diligence packages by collecting information from multiple sources
Support clients during critical go-live situations—being present when hyperscalers activate compute operations in new data halls and servers go live
Manage the company’s CRM platform to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Assist in managing go-to-market efforts, including coordination with a third-party marketing firm delivering weekly outbound campaigns
Send communications and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO and senior BD leaders
Collect invoices and perform related administrative tasks to support account management
Manage complex projects with accountability for compliance, risk, and delivery
Mentor and guide internal teams to maintain alignment with business development objectives
Qualification
Required
Existing relationships with hyperscalers required
Proven success in business development, account management, or client-facing sales roles
Strong interpersonal skills—extremely personable, well-presented, and confident in public-facing roles
Ability to bridge technical details with business value propositions
Skilled at client outreach, account follow-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Comfortable with administrative support functions, including invoice collection and communication management
Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Sales engineering background or ability to understand technical concepts strongly preferred
Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
Knowledge of data center deployment, topology, or development management a plus
