Senior Lead Recruiter, Accounting and Finance

Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group is a renowned business management firm serving high net-worth clients in the sports and entertainment industry. They are seeking a Senior Lead Recruiter who will manage the hiring process, collaborate with department managers, and ensure efficient HR functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage the hiring process; recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring of qualified applicants for open positions; collaborates. with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Lead facilitator in an interesting, established and well-organized recruiting process., specifically for our priority roles
Liase and correspond with CEO and Executive team with staffing updates and interview scheduling
Assist with job descriptions and post open positions; creation of requisition forms and audit of weekly open requisition report
Clear candidate references via phone and email
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, specifically for accounting and financial roles
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

Required

Highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative
Ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Strong decision-making skills
Must be trustworthy, possess good judgment and ability to work with confidential information
Exceptional Organizational and detail-oriented skills
Team Player – Can do attitude
Resourceful outlook
Ability to reliably commute to the Tri Star office
Minimum of 5 years of prior Recruiting experience required
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for tax and accounting related positions
Must have high level understanding of accounting and financial positions and job functions

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration highly preferred
