Handle wage and hour class and PAGA representative action litigation
Serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact
Demonstrate project management skills and take a case and run with it
Deposition and/or courtroom experience required; employment advice and counseling experience desired
Qualification
Required
Four or more years of experience in wage and hour class and PAGA representative action litigation
Excellent writing analytical skills
Experience handling multiple cases
Ability to serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact
Demonstrated project management skills
Deposition and/or courtroom experience
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Licensed to practice in California
