The role involves managing production and review of reports and collateral, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various teams. The candidate will also identify opportunities for process improvements and build relationships to understand reporting needs.

Responsibilities

Manage and own production and review for recurring reporting requirements and collateral; oversee the creation of reports in various portals and systems, when applicable

Complete and review Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Questionnaires, and other ad hoc reporting ensuring consistency, accuracy, effectiveness and timely completion

Oversee and review new business data requests for accuracy and responsiveness

Develop a thorough understanding of the firm and the firm’s investment strategies

Identify opportunities to consolidate, enhance or reengineer processes, methods, or tools to improve efficiency and further team efforts in automation

Build relationships with aligned business teams to better understand their strategic planning including reporting and collateral needs

Work closely with team members to develop and implement new reporting requirements using existing technology and systems, when applicable

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years experience in investment industry

Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skills

Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with high level of attention to detail/accuracy

Strong professional and persuasive written/verbal communication experience and editing skills

Self-motivated and driven with a willingness and ability to identify ways to add value beyond routine job responsibilities

Confidence in working with all levels of management with the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with members of the Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and Operations Teams

Data reporting and analytic skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
